Le Secteur des Sciences Exactes et Naturelles (SC) de l’UNESCO joue un rôle essentiel dans la promotion du développement durable, de la recherche scientifique et de l'innovation à l'échelle mondiale. Il œuvre pour renforcer la coopération internationale en sciences fondamentales, appliquées et interdisciplinaire, en soutenant des initiatives qui répondent aux défis mondiaux tels que le changement climatique, la gestion de l'eau, la biodiversité et la prévention des risques naturels.
Le titulaire du poste travaillera sous la supervision directe du spécialiste de programmes Sciences et l’autorité générale du Directeur du Bureau Régional pour le Maghreb, basé à Rabat. Il/elle collaborera étroitement avec les divisions du secteur des Sciences au Siège à Paris et jouera un rôle important dans la mise en œuvre des programmes de l’UNESCO liés au développement durable et la protection environnementale.

Le/la titulaire du poste bénéficiera d’un contrat temporaire de deux années, renouvelable en fonction de ses performances.
Ce poste est basé au Bureau Régional de l’UNESCO pour le Maghreb, basé à Rabat.
UNESCO’s salaries consist of a basic salary and other benefits which may include if applicable: 30 days annual leave, family allowance, medical insurance, pension plan etc.
The approximate annual starting salary for this post is 637695MAD.
