ABOUT THE POSITION

The Logistics and Administrative Officer position will be based in Mondragon, Northern Samar. S/he oversees and liaises to ensure stock is maintained and moved efficiently between branches. S/he oversee the stock management and fixed assets management.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. Stock management

  • Stock inventory per product category and per branch

  • Reception and issuance of stocks

  • Stock recording, maintenance and monitoring

  • Oversee the proper implementation of physical counts from planning, actual count, analysis, and adjustment

  • Monitor, reports, and implements activities in relation to inventory accuracy objectives

  • Ensures cleanliness, safety and orderliness of the stockrooms

  • Coordinates with logistical service providers for all incoming and outgoing stocks to ensure accurate, fast, timely and reliable deliveries

  • Monitor stock level and place orders

  • Coordinate as required with ATE Co HO staff

II. Fixed assets management

  • Conduct regular monthly inventory for all fixed assets

  • Conduct vehicle checkup and inspection in coordination with Field Officers and service providers

  • Prepare and file accountability forms for the end-user

  • Conduct fixed assets disposal

III. Procurement

  • Assist the Logistics and Procurement Manager in ATE Co HO to compare and evaluate offers/quotation from suppliers/service providers

  • Review quality of purchased products, equipment or services

  • Enter order details into internal databases

  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

IV. Regulatory compliances

  • Ensure regulatory compliance for all vehicles by following up and securing needed documents from various government agencies (LTO, LGU, Barangay office, Police stations, etc.)

PROFILE

• English written and spoken; Waray preferred

• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong integrity

• Attention to detail

• Excellent time management

• Flexibility

• Experience in stock management

• Experience in procurement, stock management and planning

• Valid license (car and motor)
