About the Hiring GroupRTI International seeks a Regulatory Affairs Specialist 1 to join the Risk and Compliance team. The successful incumbent will report directly to the Senior Manager, Records Management. What You'll Do Job Summary:Assist with the development, implementation, and administration of organization's regulatory compliance systems, programs, and services Essential Duties: • Interpret and follow instructions related to regulatory requirements• Assist with the resolution to questions of a regulatory nature.• Draft standard operating procedures and work instructions• Disseminate regulatory information and updates.• Implement regulatory training plans and initiatives.• Set up and operate digital inventory and information management systems• Identify error, gaps, and issues; propose and implement corrective actions• Perform quality control and corrective action activities• Assist with operation IRB committee functions to ensure compliance with the human subjects' regulations, and Quality Office activities to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations• Collaborate with staff from other departments and groups and help ensure compliance with instructions, policies, and regulations What You'll NeedTypical Education & Experience RequirementsBachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
