University degree in an aeronautical engineering domain or closely related discipline, or relevant professional experience. At least five years of experience in major defence acquisition programmes, research and development, or capability development environments. Ability and skills to draft and develop technical statement of work and requirements. Ability to conduct and to efficiently participate in large international meetings. Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience in development, acquisition and qualification of training means and training services for aviation and preferably military rotorcraft domain. Experience in human-machine-interface on rotorcraft systems for operations and maintenance. Technical knowledge of air vehicle systems. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
