The Client Services Unit of the HR department (HRDAI CS) is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Projects Analyst (PA) with strong generic HR skills and good quantitative and analytical skills. The successful candidate should have the proven ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. The PA will work as part of a team of other PAs to provide a wide range of support to ICD’s HR Business Partner (HRBP) and Strategic HR Partner (SHRP). The PA will support the implementation of HR initiatives as well as data gathering and analysis of relevant to assess departmental workforce, staffing and the work environment.

Qualifications
GRADE A04
A combination of training and experience equivalent to completion of a secondary school education, supplemented by a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, is required.
GRADE A05
A combination of training and experience equivalent to completion of a secondary school education, supplemented by a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience, or equivalent, is required. Alternatively, a minimum of two (2) years of experience in HR work, or related field, at Grade A04, or equivalent, is required.
GRADE A06
Educational development, typically acquired by the completion of a university degree, or equivalent, in Human Resources or related field, is required. Alternatively, a minimum of two (2) years of experience in HR work, or related field, at Grade A05, or equivalent, is required.
