This is a shared project coordinator position between the EQHA II and COMMIT2 projects with the purpose to align and share approaches and lessons among project activities and teams. This position is under the direct supervision of Quality Implementation Team Lead. The project coordinator will provide technical assistance and coordination for both COMMIT 2 and EQHA II projects to achieve project objectives and serve as focal person to National Center for Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control (CENAT) related elements. Under the ministry of health’s relevant strategic plans and strategic directions, s/he will coordinate the review of existing strategies and work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement new strategies and pilot innovative private sector activities. S/he will work closely with national programs and relevant government departments, COMMIT 2 project partners and other stakeholders to improved programs and services based on international best practices and experience. S/he will provide input and project management of the technical portions of related proposals and project design, based on the design and direction set by technical leadership. S/he ensures COMMIT 2 project activities scope under FHI360 are on track with work plans, with technical expertise informing project implementation, and oversees project timelines and budgets. Assists in the development of donor reports and presentations. S/he will develop performance goals for use by supervisor and monitor progress regularly.
