In this 12-month fixed-term role, you’ll work as a part of our Corporate Partnerships team to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Partnerships & Philanthropy Relationship Manager plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether it’s leading corporate partner and major donor acquisition and stewardship or delivering our comms and marketing strategy for our Partners for Good program, you’ll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.
You will make a difference by:
· Growing and managing a robust pipeline of major donors and corporate partners for our annual giving program, Partners for Good.
· Creating compelling cultivation and solicitation materials to increase annual donor contributions.
· Co-leading the strategy and execution of the unrestricted product acquisition and engagement.
· Developing and implementing an annual engagement calendar including events, communications, and donor outreach.
· Managing a portfolio of major donors and corporate partners through strategic, personalized communication.
· Maintaining comprehensive and accurate donor records, including preferences, interactions, and stewardship plans.

This role requires:
· Demonstrated successful experience in managing supporter relationships in the corporate or major donors’ space and developing new business.
· Proven experience in budget/financial management
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and deliver information in a compelling, clear and confident manner.
· Excellent relationship management, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
· Success in developing cultivation and solicitation strategies.
