University degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Sound experience in US FMS processes normally acquired after five to seven years in the FMS environment. Sound experience in contract operations in the procurement division of a sizeable organisation. Ability to work with minimum supervision under pressure. Ability to interact with the US Authorities on high value and complex FMS cases. Good knowledge of the US Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedure (MILSTRIP) and of the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM). Good knowledge of US FMS contracting and administration. WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Basic monthly salary: EUR 7 370.72, tax free. Post to be filled subject to final approval.
