We’re seeking applications for an Operations Support Manager to join us in Brisbane as part of the 54reasons Queensland Leadership Team. This is a full-time permanent position

Where you come in:

In this full-time permanent position, based in Brisbane, you’ll provide quality support to our programs and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of projects and business strategy. You’ll report to our State Director.

You will make an impact by:

Collaborating with Save The Children group functional teams to strengthen and streamline key operational functions and processes such as budgeting, implementation planning, fleet management, property management, contract compliance reporting and operational risk management Coordinating and providing support to state based and national audits in collaboration with internal departments and external representatives Supporting the state leadership team to ensure smooth onboarding processes including equipment, access, meeting with key stakeholders and understanding of systems are in place for new employees Providing executive support to the State Director and state-wide functions Coordinating 54 reasons’ local emergency management preparedness and response activities Coordinating reporting and other compliance deadlines internally and externally

Does this sound like you?

You’re a confident and adaptable all-rounder, ideally with a background in program delivery, operations or contract management. Your highly developed communication style and natural interpersonal skills give you the ability to develop effective strategic partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. You’re extremely organised, flexible and self-motivated, with a strong passion to see the team succeed.

This role requires:

Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work across organisational boundaries Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects across remotely located working environments Experience working autonomously in a coordination role, prioritising, problem-solving and multi-tasking Ability to support business process improvement effectively engaging with a variety of stakeholders
