    Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship

    The position of Operations Analyst is assigned to the Office of the Director General (OPSD) within the Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.

    You will report to OPSD designated Technical International Staff and Officer.

    Your Role

    As an Operations Analyst, you will provide operational, technical and administrative support to PSOD's Human Resource and Budget Team. You will collaborate closely with other colleagues, to support the team in multiple work areas to achieve the team's goals.

    You will:

  • Provide support in budget-related exercises including coordinating training, workshops and meetings.
Provide support in collecting and analyzing data, and in producing reports and presentations. Provide support on all stages of staff consultant recruitment Help in coordinating and sharing information with budget coordinators and in consolidating inputs in budget planning exercises. Help prepare and maintain budget reports and management dashboards, ensuring they align with PSOD standards, templates and style, in collaboration with PSOD's data steward. Support the team on process improvement programs Provide administrative support in human resource management. Provide logistical support in office space management including managing room and seating arrangements, coordinating office movements, retrofitting and installations. Coordinate learning and development activities. Manage files and other confidential information and documents. Perform other tasks in consonance with the role and workplan

Qualifications

You will need:

Bachelor's degree At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience Understanding of private sector operations Experience in budget management Skills to navigate budget management system and consultant management systems Proficiency with MS software commonly use at the Bank, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in using Microsoft tools would be an advantage. Willingness to learn and use other applications such as SharePoint, PowerApps and PowerBI Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to convey information and ideas, while promoting a collaborative team environment to achieve shared goals. Ability to promptly identify and address issues using analytical thinking and creativity, showing flexibility and resilience in adapting to changing priorities and evolving work dynamics.
