Process NOTAMS to provide aeronautical services and users with latest information available which might impact flight planning. Provide support to aeronautical users via the service desk and resolve issues and incidents (Level 1 & level 2). Perform activities in a timely manner and in accordance with operational procedures. Stay updated in all related operational documentation, international regulations and standards applicable in the different areas. Contribute to bilateral meetings with external stakeholders to agree on incidents resolution. Participate to meetings, workshops, tests, special events planning, projects, etc. in support of operations. Contribute to the development of working practises and processes to enhance efficiency. Deliver training and courses on topics in the field of expertise and act as OJTI as needed. Carry out any other tasks in line with the main purpose of the job.

Required qualifications, experience & competencies

Relevant studies or professional training to carry out the advertised tasks. This job is subject to an internal vocational training which will lead to the awarding of a certification. This role requires the attainment and retention of a double validations amongst the following operational domains: Flow Management, Flight Planning or Data Operations. Passing this double validation is mandatory to conclude the training phase. Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in AIS/AIM operations, in NOTAMs processing or in ATS Reporting Office. Knowledge of International Aeronautical Publications, Aeronautical Information Services/Management (AIS/AIM) and ICAO standards. Knowledge and experience with aeronautical data models (e.g. AIXM) would be an advantage. Knowledge and experience with aeronautical databases systems would be an advantage. Working knowledge on Service Desk functions would be an advantage. Experience in the use of MS Office standard application. Analytical thinking: you analyse information and are able to identify relationships. Problem-solving: you anticipate and solve business problems. Communication: you know how to express information and ideas effectively. Customer focus: you know how to respond effectively to customer inquiries. Team work: you foster team work. This job requires working combinations of shift duties (24*7). Physical aptitude to work in shift. Awareness of social impact of shift work and adaptability to shift work. Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment. Professional conduct in line with the corporate behaviours of the Agency, i.e. result-driven, readiness to change, customer focus, integrity and team-player approach. The working languages of the Agency are English and French. For this particular job, candidates must be proficient users of English at level C1/C2. The selected candidate will be required to become basic users at level A1/A2 of French before the end of the probation period.
