University degree in Safety/Quality/Environmental, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience. Minimum three years’ experience in the field of OHS and/or Quality Assurance and minimum two years’ experience in an aviation organisation. Very good analytical skills, ability to show sensitivity to problems and ability to lead problem-solving initiatives. Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills and excellent negotiation abilities. Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to problems (including personnel), focus on team performance goals and track metrics to measure performance improvements. Excellent knowledge of ISO 45001 standard implementation and evaluation / Lead Auditor qualification. Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 standard implementation and evaluation. Thorough knowledge of ISO 19011 standard and auditing/compliance monitoring experience in an aviation environment. Good knowledge of ISO14001 standard. Knowledge of Safety and Risk Management Standards. Ability to serve as the NAM PO spokesperson on projects in the area of EOHS.

Basic monthly salary: HUF 2,097,011.00, tax free.
