Complete secondary school or equivalent level education. Personal suitability and the relevant experience in providing administrative support at an executive level normally acquired as a Secretary after three to five years in the Agency or in a similar organisation. Good communication skills and sense of diplomacy when dealing with persons inside and outside of NSPA at all levels and of different nationalities. Experience in organising conferences or programme administration. Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and to organise work under stress and tight deadlines. Ability to cooperate with international military and civilian staff at various levels of seniority. Developed sense of positive human relations with the ability to deal with personnel using tact and understanding. Excellent organisational and communication skills with understanding of the organisational climate and culture. Ability to maintain absolute discretion in the handling of sensitive information; good judgment is required. A working level knowledge of Hungarian would be an asset WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Basic monthly salary: HUF 1 444 205, tax free.

Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.
