The International Water Management Institute (IWMI), a CGIAR Research Center is seeking a dynamic and target oriented individual to join its office in Lahore, Pakistan, as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (ME&L) Associate.
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Associate will support the FCDO-funded Water Resource Accountability in Pakistan (WRAP) Programme: Component 1 [Climate Resilient Solutions for Improving Water Governance (CRS-IWaG)].
This role involves data collection, analysis, reporting, and learning activities to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of the project\u2019s progress. Additionally, the Associate will develop a learning agenda for the WRAP.
Requirements
Essential,
Master\u2019s Degree in Administration, Information Management, Economics/Econometrics, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in monitoring and evaluation of donor-funded development programs. Experience in executing full-cycle monitoring and evaluation activities for international donor-funded projects, including developing ME&L plans, drafting quarterly/annual progress reports, designing survey and evaluation tools, and sharing data. Proven track record of producing high-quality reports and briefs in English.Desirable,
Prior experience working in M&E with FCDO-funded activities. Experience in the water/climate sector and/or research.Essential,
Proficiency in Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, statistical design, and quantitative analysis. Availability and willingness to travel within Pakistan regularly, including extended durations outside Lahore. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across genders and cultures. Excellent oral and written language skills in English & Urdu, including effective listening and strong verbal and written communication abilities. This is a nationally recruited position and only Pakistani nationals will be considered.
