    Within delegated authority, the consultant will be reporting to Head of Programme

    • Lead the gathering of data for indicators for the office’s annual country report (ACR).
    • Streamline data collection, ensuring accurate and timely entry into WFP’s software COMET, including baselines and follow-up values, while maintaining adherence to CO COMET SOPs and manage data editing, validation, and viewing procedures.
    • Monitor and validate stock data, ensuring accuracy between physical and COMET records.
    • Based on capacity assessments on School feeding M&E activities, finalize the Concept note and develop TORs for a comprehensive Monitoring system for a new school feeding project.
    • Lead the data analysis for the Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) for a recently finalised project and support the report writing of the end of project report.
    • Lead data analysis for Process monitoring for all the projects and develop a recommendation response plan which will guide the field monitors to follow up issues in the field.
    • Provide inputs for the draft Country Strategic Plan related to the Research, Analysis and Monitoring unit.
    • Follow up on the RBB mission recommendations in consultation with Heads of Units and RBB focal points.
    • Provide inputs to line manager regarding the development and implementation of national government and inter-agency monitoring, reporting and evaluation frameworks, including United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) and ensure participation in M&E technical working group.
    • Support with all VAM activities which include review of monthly price data before uploading on Data bridge, review of monthly monitoring reports, and review of Quarterly price monitoring reports.
