Officer ? Learning Systems Unit
ICRISAT seeks applications for the position of Officer ? Learning Systems Unit. This position will be responsible for and will be required to handle the LSU operations end to end and also coordinate with other staff within HQ and in the regions. The Incumbent should have an ability to multi-task in a fast paced multi cultural environment. This position will be based at ICRISAT?s Headquarters in Patancheru, Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:
Handling the LSU process ? end to end i.e. from receiving application to preparing and sending offer letters to Learner participants.
On-boarding Learner Participants and giving them a brief orientation.
Maintaining the LSU database up to date.
Simple analysis of LSU data.
Assisting the Knowledge and Capacity Development Cluster Leader on LSU matters.
Monitoring and coordination with LSU learner participants and associated scientists
Handling the LSU portal.
Preparing and sending the extension and stipend letters.
Processing the stipend of the learner participants.
Handling the exit formalities.
Requirements:
Candidate should have a Masters degree in HR, Management or a related field. A certification will be an added advantage.
Candidate should possess good communications skills and have the ability to process LSU applications efficiently with a turnaround of about 40 applications per week.
He/she should be able to liase with internal and external stakeholders, maintain the database and the portal.
Have ability to perform simple analysis of the data and inform the supervisor on the status of the applications
Good reporting and documentation skills
Experience of 2 years will be an added advantage
General:
This position is on contract for a period of three years (36 months) renewable based on the performance of the incumbent and the institute's continuing need for the position.
