Complete secondary school, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience. Experience in technical documentation development and updating normally acquired as Junior Technician after five to seven years in the Agency or in a similar organisation. Good knowledge of electronic publishing and database applications, XML, IETP and documentation conversion. Good knowledge of technical drawing principles and tools. Demonstrated practical experience in generating IETPs and controlling contractual requirements for digital documentation. Very good proficiency in conceptual and technical writing.
