University degree or equivalent. Good knowledge of AD (G) systems, including ground based 3-D radar sensors, Data Processing and Peripheral (DP&P), display and communications equipment and their software engineering aspects. Experience in systems engineering practice, measurement tools and project management. Ability to facilitate/present persuasively and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes. Ability to manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing quality products under short-notice deadlines. Ability to develop resourceful and effective solutions to problems, to focus team on performance goals and expectations, to track metrics and measure performance, and to engage problems early to mitigate risk and redirect performance. Proficiency in English technical writing. Knowledge of information systems at end-user level with experience in using personal computers and software packages. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
