World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Freshwater Science-based Targets Intern.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with other hubs on behalf of the Freshwater Hub across various processes that require cross-cutting network coordination, including strategy & operations, technical development, corporate & partner engagement, communications, and supporting activities (e.g., Q&A).
- Support development and updates of Freshwater Hub workplans and track budget.
- Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of Freshwater Hub deliverables and activities.
- Host regular Freshwater Hub meetings, develop the agenda, and send post-meeting action items.
- Support integration of freshwater metrics across the WWF network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in the natural sciences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate science into practice
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Experience with grant administration

Minimum Requirements:
Only enrolled students are eligible for this internship as you must be able to receive academic credit from your current academic institution. Able to work either part time or full time, depending on class schedule and availability.

US Remote – WWF employs interns in all states with the exception of: Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Nevada, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Wyoming.
