The purpose of the HR Officer position is day-to-day implementation of the HR department responsibilities. Use actions words such as ensure, implement or assist for the position relevant responsibilities. This position assists HR Manager on day-to-day HR functions related to CO- Tunis and AOs - Libya.

  1. Ensure adherence to NRC policies, guidance and procedures, and a specific responsibility for HR policies and procedures 
  2. Implement delegated HR portfolio according to plan of action
  3. Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
  4. Ensure proper filing of documents on NRC fling tree
  5. Promote and share ideas for improvement of the HR department
  6. Actively promote PSEA (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards & principles within NRC and amongst beneficiaries served by NRC.
  7. Ensure that Tunis staff records in the Country Office are up to date and filed appropriately
  8. Assist the HR Manager in the arranging of recruitments and HR administrative issues inside Libya as required. 
  9. Follow up on CNSS registrations/reporting to ensure they are done in a timely manner and are in compliance with the applicable Tunisian national law and NRC policies and procedures

    Bachelor degree

    Prior working experience in HR department
