As the Head of Organisational Capability you will play a crucial leadership role in driving our people strategy. You will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that build leadership capability, support talent management, develop organisational capability and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
You will make a difference by:
· Driving the People Pillar of our Strategy to ensure our efforts have outsized impact for our people, and ultimately for children and young people
· Developing and embedding our leadership framework and associated programs
· Driving modern, context-appropriate approaches to workforce planning (forecasting, capability needs analysis, capability planning)
· Driving critical role talent management and succession planning
· Conducting organisational health assessments and employee engagement surveys.
· Championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
· Supporting the delivery of the Reconciliation Action Plan
About You:
· You will bring a strong ability to shape and implement strategies that foster a high-performing, inclusive and growth-oriented culture
· You have proven experience implementing impactful leadership and capability development programs.
· You have a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion and have experience implementing meaningful change
· You have deep knowledge of organisational development practices and tools
· You’re a great team player with a desire to contribute to our strong, positive and collaborative team culture
· You’re client centric – thinking about, consulting with and building strong partnerships with stakeholders throughout the organisation
· You’re a great communicator and care about fostering strong relationships
· You will have some experience in the community services sector and a passion for making the world a better place for children
