We are seeking a motivated graduate intern with a keen interest in hospitality, hotel operations, and catering services to support our daily operations and contribute to excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support the coordination of catering services for events, meetings, and special functions Help maintain service standards in food preparation, presentation, and hygiene Participate in event planning and food service execution Support inventory tracking and ordering processes for kitchen supplies Maintain records of guest feedback and assist in preparing service reports Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or hotel management

Duration: 6 to 12 months

Requirements

Recent graduate in Hotel & Catering, or related fields Basic knowledge of hotel operations, food service, or event coordination Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during events
