Complete secondary school. Personal suitability and the relevant experience providing administrative support acquired as an administrative assistant or secretary after three to five years in the Agency or in a similar organisation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work. Good communication skills and a sense of diplomacy when dealing with persons inside and outside the Agency at all levels and of different nationalities. Developed sense of human relations and ability to deal with personnel with tact and understanding; absolute discretion and good judgment are required. Experience in the organisation of conferences, meetings and social events and/or office administration. Ability to analyse work requirements related to the various taskings and to memorise related information and details. The Senior Administrative Assistant to the Agency’s executive management team will be an all-round administrative staff, able to step in as backup of the regular administrative staff for the executive management team.
