The Financial Analysis and Unit4 Implementation Technical Officer is responsible for coordinating and providing technical support for our ERP system Unit4 (Agresso), Excel , Power BI, and other systems for analysis of financial trends and data in the operation.

  1. Provide timely users support and troubleshooting which includes on-line support, password resets, user administration, user rights management, account amendments & workflow management.
  2. Coordinate the review, clean up, update and transfer of relevant registries and pending transactions for the CO++ programs.
  3. Develop training materials, SOP, tools and deliver training to diverse group of users (program & support staff).
  4. Set up Unit4 Agresso modules in new offices as required and train the focal points identified in each office/area.
  5. Raise issue, suggest changes and input on suggested system changes to improve user experience on the system.
  6. Work with Logistics, Finance and HR staff in the operation to enable them to provide Unit4 Agresso and Excel support as well as assist with planning, budgeting, HR payroll management and procurement as per NRC standards.
      1. Be the main focal point for end user support of NRC’s Unit4 ERP system for our users in Colombia, Ecuador and Panama.
      2. Log systems bugs and follow their resolution with the Unit4 Agresso central team. Follow also request of system development.
      3. Set up and create user in Unit4 Agresso with approval from their supervisors and giving them roles and rights to their user.
      4. Follow up on PO/PR's so that they are not stuck and redistribute of stuck PO/PR in the system.
      5. Coordinate and provide support for the Agresso procurement
      6. Coordinate and support areas to ensure that Unit4 Agresso data cleaning is done regularly.
      7. Initiate and develop SOPs that can facilitate Agresso procurement and other Agresso tools (Excelerator, ….) dissemination in the operation.
      8. Contribute to enhance cost efficiency and effective implementation of Unit4 Agresso across the countries in the operation.
      9. Analysis and creation of tools for the needs of the expanded Country Management Group
      10. Improve the technological design of the tools in Unit4 Agresso and Excel.

      17. Experience of MS Office (Advanced level of MS Excel)
      18. Experience in data analysis
      19. Abilities in showcasing data though Power BI or other data visualization software
      20. Knowledge of Unit4 systems and developments
      21. Higher education within information technology and/or finance/accounting
      22. The ability to analyse problems and implement solutions for debugging; and willing to share your ideas to improve design´s decisions;
