In this full-time maximum-term position (until end of December 2025) based in Gold Coast, you’ll provide outreach case management support to women and children experiencing Domestic and Family Violence and/or homelessness because of DFV. Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll work business hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
You will make a difference by:
Providing immediate support to women and children impacted by Domestic and Family Violence Conducting risk assessments where Domestic and Family violence is identified Developing strong networks and referral pathways to support desired outcomes Collecting and recording information for the purpose of accountability, evaluation, and reporting
