Donor Care Associate (12-Week Casual)

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE:

The main purpose of this position is to play an integral role in donor care and retention. The Donor Care Associate will support the SCC Donor Journey through the cultivation, support and stewardship of the relationships between SCC and its donors at all levels. This will be achieved through a focus on exceptional customer service, a strong attention to detail and exceeding expectations in the areas of processing of donations, communicating with and maintaining donor information. This position is responsible for all aspects of donor care relating to non-financial supporters and one-time gift donors, including donation processing, donor retention, donor servicing, stewardship and the outworking of the donor journey and retention strategies. The associate will also contribute and support additional donor services projects as needed.

Donor inquiry responseDonor RetentionInbound Customer Service CallsManage the Donor Cancellation ProcessData Entry – New LeadsSupport an environment of “partnership” with all donorsIdentify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and quality of vendor services and/or supportContribute to the implementation of the SCC Donor JourneyIdentify with donor’s opportunities for them to further their support of SCC

 Donor Gift Management

Ensure all leads and one-off gift donations are processed accurately and in a timely manner 

 Stakeholder Management

Manage vendor communication and processes as required Support internal stakeholders as required (e.g. Planned Giving, Corporate etc.)Additional projects as required 

 Donor Experience

Contribute to and implement the SCC donor journey process to ensure every donor has an exceptional experienceWork collaboratively with the acquisition channels to ensure every donor has an exceptional experienceProvide observations surrounding donor attrition reasoning

 WHAT WE OFFER 

This is a casual position, approximately 24 hours per week, with an hourly wage prorated based on a full-time annual salary range of $48,251.00-$55,008.62 CAD depending on skills and experience. In addition to this, our employees will have the following package of additional benefits:
