Work LocationRemotely Expected duration1 months Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnder the overall guidance and supervision of the Economic Affairs Officer, Innovation, Enterprise and Investment Section of the Trade, Investment and Innovation Division, the primary duty of the consultant are to: 1. Create the RFP of the investor mapping and matching tool outlining the key technical requirements, functional requirements, system architecture requirements, database requirements, security specifications. 2. Create the evaluation criteria, vendor qualification requirements, pricing, project timeline, deliverable milestones, testing requirements, maintenance requirements, implementation roadmap of the investor mapping and matching tool. Qualifications/special skills1) At least a Master’s degree in IT, business administration, innovation or a related field. 2) Experience writing technical request for proposals (RFPs). 3) Expert understanding of Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning (AI/ML) systems. 4) Knowledge of investment promotion. 5) Experience with cloud platforms. Yes/No: If yes, describe the project(s), the sectors targeted, and your role in supporting investment promotion or working in the private sector on investment location decisions. 4) Experience with Cloud Platforms: Have you worked on projects that involved designing or implementing tools using cloud-based platforms? Yes/No: If yes, provide details about the platform(s) used, your role, and how the tool utilized cloud-based features.
