Position Overview

The Associate, Talent Acquisition, People and Culture is responsible for providing a range of administrative support to the People and Culture team’s full-cycle talent acquisition workstream. They will also gather, track, and maintain data related to the long-term health of UNF’s talent pipeline while providing meaningful support to colleagues on the People and Culture team.

This position is based in Washington, DC (Hybrid schedule).

Essential Functions

Execute and track full-cycle recruitment administrative tasks for all positionsEffectively identify, screen, and assess talent for members of the Talent Acquisition team and other hiring managersCoordinate candidate interview scheduling and reference check callsInitiate background screening for all final candidatesCoordinate with colleagues on the People & Culture team to ensure a seamless transition from the talent search process to onboarding and orientationAssist with providing updates to hiring managers with pool building updates and important reminders related to talent acquisitionCoordinate college and university recruitment activity schedules with supervision from the Director, Talent Acquisition Build and maintain an intern alumni database for future candidate poolsMaintain a strong knowledge of UNF’s applicant tracking system and other talent acquisition-related platformsMaintain the Talent Acquisition intranet page with useful resources and remindersOther duties as assignedSelection Criteria Bachelor’s degree required2+ years of relevant experienceExperience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelAbility to maintain high degree of confidentialityStrong attention to detail and demonstrated excellence working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-task and juggle many projects at once is a mustStrong professional interpersonal skills and diplomacyAbility to work independently as well as member of a teamAbility to take initiativeDependable and consistentBenefits & Compensation
