NIVEL: GS-6
CONTEXTO ORGANIZATIVO:
Estos puestos han de cubrirse en los despachos regionales, las oficinas en los países y las oficinas de zona y sobre el terreno. Los titulares del puesto por normal general rinden cuentas a un Asociado Senior relativo a los Programas y coordina con el (la) Jefe de la Oficina sobre el Terreno interesada.
En este nivel, los titulares deben dar muestras de responsabilidad y espíritu de iniciativa para responder autónomamente a consultas diversas disponiendo solo de orientaciones de orden general. Se requiere que hagan uso de buen criterio frente a los problemas operacionales imprevistos que puedan surgir a diario. Los titulares deben administrar recursos e instruir y coordinar a un equipo de personal de apoyo.
FINALIDAD DEL PUESTO:
Aportar efectivo apoyo especializado y análisis técnicos a actividades relacionadas con las políticas y los programas que consiguen satisfacer eficazmente las necesidades de asistencia alimentaria.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES (lista indicativa y no exhaustiva):
Formación:
Finalización del ciclo de educación secundaria. Certificado de educación postsecundaria en la esfera funcional correspondiente. Deseable estudios relacionados en áreas de sociales, administrativas, contables, de nutrición, ingenierías, agropecuarias o afines.
Experiencia:
Mínimo seis (6) años de experiencia progresiva en la prestación de apoyo en áreas programáticas o similares, incluidos, por lo menos, dos (2) años en apoyo y trabajo con plataformas corporativas de manejo de información.
Experiencia Deseable
Idiomas:
Dominio, hablado y escrito, del español. Deseable, nivel intermedio de inglés.
