Help Role DescriptionPrimary responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Acting as contact with printers and designers for holiday mailing materialsWorking with the CEO on specifics of mailing materialsUpdate and confirm mailing recipients and categoriesEdit drafts of holiday materialsOversee mailing logistics of packagesAssisting Executive Assistant and Correspondence team with holiday mailing-related tasksThe team member will be needed to work days around holidays and potentially on holidays.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Many of the skills that are needed in this role are soft skills. Many of them are listed below, but the project will require other skills that may come up.
