Position Summary:

Creative Associates International seeks a Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for the anticipated USAID-funded youth workforce development, employment and inclusion opportunity in Honduras. The DCOP will provide technical and administrative leadership and expertise for the project, develop strategies, and oversee the design and implementation of technical assistance. The DCOP will assist with key administrative management and will perform other duties assigned by the Chief of Party (COP) and represents the project in the absence of the COP.

Reporting and Supervision:

The Deputy Chief of Party will report to the Chief of Party and supervise several technical project staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

Position contingent upon donor funding.
