The UNDP Country Office in Myanmar provides a range of administrative and operational services related to programme implementation (Common Services) to other UN Agencies and the UN Resident Coordinator Office (RCO) in human resources, procurement, finance and administration.
Under the direct guidance of Programme Support Unit (PSU)Team Leader and overall guidance of the Deputy Resident Representative, the Common Services Analyst is responsible for managing the UN common premises, including the reliable and cost-effective delivery of common services to the UN Agencies and the Resident Coordinators Office. The incumbent should support the development and coordination of joint operations initiatives and consistently provide proactive support to the PSU team leader in a strategic and result-oriented manner.
The Transaction Services Analyst works in close collaboration with operations staff in UNDP and other UN Agencies and promotes a client-oriented, high-quality result-oriented culture.

1) Support the development and delivery of support services to the UN organizations operating in Myanmar:
Coordinating and monitoring implementation of support services to agencies, identifying constraints and delays and providing solutions.
Contributes to the establishment and continuous refinement of common services identifying new areas in which common services could be developed; Coordinates with other UN agencies on the provision of common services.
Analyzing existing common services for efficiency and cost-effectiveness and proposing and implementing improvements.
Responsible for efficient provision of client-oriented transactional services for human resources, procurement, finance and administration to UN agencies and Resident Coordinator Office in compliance with UNDP regulations, rules and policies and in line with Common Services level agreement.
