The purpose of the Information Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) Programme Development Manager (PDM) is to be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the ICLA programme in Somalia, provide strategic direction and quality assurance, develop, and implement the ICLA strategy and quality control.
