- Ensure compliance with NRC policies, guidelines and standards
- Implement delegated FLER Consortium portfolio according to plan of action
- Provide specific technical support and capacity building towards FLER Consortium partners, contractors and staff
- Assess, promote and document ideas for technical improvement and further program development options
- Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
- Provide specific technical analysis and feedback to NRC representatives in coordination forums
- Ensure proper filing of documents
- Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need, and explore and asses new and better ways to assist
- Experience with database management, ODK and/or with humanitarian information management.
- Good knowledge in the management and coordination of information flows, data management including collection, storing, processing and analyzing data to generate information products.
- Ability to formulate IM related technical requirements and Operating Procedures.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools - Power BI is an asset.
- Experience and proven interest in digital solutions and technologies.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Demonstrated understanding of different data collection methodologies.
- Experience in conducting, organising and managing assessments, surveys, and similar.
- Advanced computer skills.
