Develop, establish and maintain database management systems, online platforms, monitoring tools and data collection, Information Management tools and templates.Conduct regular quality control of data, ensure that information is up-to-date. Provide technical expertise to programme staff from international and national organisations in FLER locations, while ensuring capacity building.Support in the provision of guidance and training to relevant staff on the use of the data collection tools, IM systems. Assess and monitor data and information systems to improve efficiency and accuracy of FLER data. Conduct and monitor surveys and assessments as needed. Support partner information needs through provision of data and mapping. Ensure that all data collection, storage, analyses and dissemination is in line with NRC’s data protection principles. Perform any other activities requested by line manager. Prepare infographics, reports and dashboards on trends, developments, and data analyzed.Contribute to the development of Power BI reports. Experience from working in Information Management in a humanitarian/ recovery contextPrevious experience from working in complex and volatile contextsDocumented results related to the position’s responsibilitiesUniversity degree in information technology and/or social science or other related field. Experience with NGOs preferred.Fluency in English, both written and verbal  The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent humanitarian organisation helping people forced to flee.
