INGO Forum Myanmar (hosted by NRC) is now looking for the potential candidate as an “Administration and Logistics Officer” to join the Myanmar mission. The role of Admin Officer entails including but not limited to Logistics management etc., according to the requirements. Admin Officer will report to Finance and Operations Manager in the Country Office.  

Receive, distribute and register faxes, mail, documents and reports.Provide an anti-corruption, transparent and cost-efficient focus in all processes (e.g., in procurement, vehicle management, asset management).Prepare and file all supporting documents related to the Administration, HR and Logistics functions’ portfolio.Ensure that utility bills (e.g., electricity, water, phone, internet), staff transportation (GRAB Cooperate Account), etc. payments are paid on time.Keep and maintain the INGO Forum master contact list and carry out weekly updates for the focal point changes.Arrange visas, flight bookings, transport and accommodation for staff and visitor.Liaise with IT to solve laptop/technical issues.Arrange the workshops, meetings and events as required.Provide secretarial support such as typing, taking minutes, drafting letters, etc.

Experience of working in Administration and  logistics field.Previous experience of working in complex and volatile contexts.Documented results related to the position's responsibilities.Knowledge about own skills/profile.Fluent in English.Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills.Ability to multi-task, motivating and monitoring team work.Solid experience of working with Windows-based computer software and modern control system.Ability to work under pressure, independently and with limited supervision.Flexible, creative and co-operative.Practical sense and willingness and ability to contribute to team priorities.Security, political and cultural awareness.
