  • Ensure adherence with NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines 
  • Implement delegated support function portfolio according to plan of action 
  • Prepare and develop status reports as required by management 
  • Responsible of payroll management for national staff
  • Perform as a focal point of recruitment process (tracking, filings, registering etc) for specific area office according to the recruitment SOP
  • Responsible for proper keeping and filing of administration/HR section documents both hard and soft copies in Office 365 and filing tree. 
  • Facilitate NRC PEOPLE system related training to the relevant staff (HR, line managers) cross all offices on a regular basis

  • Experience from working as a HR Officer in a humanitarian/recovery context
