The role of HR Officer entails including but not limited to recruitment processes, filing, HR Management system. HR Officer reports to HR Manager in Country Office.

  • Comply with NRC’s HR policies and procedures 
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures at office level  
  • Provide support in recruitment processes, including advertisements, filling applications, inviting candidates, organizing interview venues etc. 
  • Perform as a focal point of recruitment process (tracking, filings, registering etc) for specific area office according to the recruitment SOP
  • Assist in the consistent implementation of recruitment SoP across all AO/FOs through training/mentoring
  • Administer the Vacancy Announcement preparation and publishing for all NRC positions, including casual workers for CO
  • Responsible for administering system-based Job Offer process for the Country Office position recruitment

  • Experience from working as a HR Officer in a humanitarian/recovery context

Context/ Specific skills, knowledge and experience:
