The role holder will be responsible for provision of support to the Finance, Human Resources & Administration, Logistics, and Information & Communications Technology functions, and will provide high-quality and efficient support for programme implementation.

Support function’s strategic input facilitation into the Country strategy. Project / programme implementation quality support. Structures, systems, human resources, procedures, regulations, guidelines, and tools development. Budget and business process outsourcing facilitation. Proposal development operational input. Senior-management experience position in a humanitarian/recovery context. Humanitarian project and programme implementation experience. Human Resources, Finance, and Logistics advanced knowledge in a humanitarian context. Resource allocation and cost management expertise. Data analysis proficiency. Afghanistan context and the Afghan humanitarian community response experience and knowledge. Complex and volatile context exposure.
