Prepare the cash flow forecasting and treasury reporting to stakeholders on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Contribute to optimize the funding & investment policy of the Agency, e.g.: invest surplus funds in short-term deposits or money-market funds, prepare call for tender to take up bank loans. Conduct review of financial transactions to verify accuracy of records and compliance with applicable financial regulations. Process stakeholder requests and resolve treasury issues and incidents. Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers, customers. Participate in the review, maintenance and redesign of processes, procedures and tools, with the aim to further optimize the treasury services, and support in researching new types of financial products as needed. Participate to projects/activities such as: maintain a Treasury Management System, be super user for Oracle Cloud BI reporting. Produce reports, statistics, etc and contribute to ad-hoc analysis, projects, meetings, etc. as needed. Carry out any other task in line with the main purpose of the job.

Required qualifications, experience & competencies

Post-secondary education followed by a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience.
Or University degree of at least three years followed by a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
Or university degree of four years followed by a minimum of one year of relevant professional experience.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any other related field would be an asset. Experience in or knowledge of treasury/cash management or accounting. Experience with banking applications. Experience with financial systems (Oracle Business or Cloud). Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel. Power BI would be an advantage. Analytical Thinking: you analyse information and are able to identify relationships. Communication: you are able to foster two-way communication. The working languages of the Agency are English and French. For this particular job, candidates must be proficient users of English at level C1/C2. Knowledge of French at recruitment will be an asset. The selected candidate will have to acquire at least a basic knowledge of French at level A1/A2 before the end of the probation period.
