The Basel Institute on Governance is an independent non-profit organisation working across sectors to counter corruption and related financial crimes and to improve the quality of governance. Registered as a Swiss foundation with headquarters in Basel, the Institute works globally and maintains field operations around the world. The Basel Institute is an Associated Institute of the University of Basel.
The Basel Institute is working with the Ukrainian State Agency for Reconstruction (“the Agency”) to fortify anti-bribery and corruption controls in reconstruction and recovery efforts driven by the Government of Ukraine amidst continuing Russian aggression.
To effectively convey the Agency’s anti-corruption reform efforts and improvements in practices to both internal and external audiences, and to enhance the change in integrity culture in its business and institutional environment, the Basel Institute will support the Agency’s communications team in the hands-on development and execution of the Anti-Corruption Communications Plan. This will involve management of all communication channels and strategies.
To deliver this assignment, the Basel Institute is seeking the services of a highly motivated Communications Advisor with strong knowledge and proven expertise of creation, structuring, management and roll-out of communication strategies, materials and campaigns that align with the anti-corruption goals.
