POSITION SUMMARY:
Winrock International is seeking a Prosecution Manager for the Department of State-funded US-Nepal Child Protection Compact (CPC) project. The purpose of CPC is to advance the efforts of the Government of Nepal and civil society organizations in Nepal to combat child trafficking. This includes the implementation of a prevention strategy that addresses targeted risk factors, promotes high-quality comprehensive victim protection, and investigates, prosecutes, and convicts perpetrators of child trafficking.
The Prosecution Manager will lead the project’s activities related to increasing identification, investigation, and adjudication of child trafficking cases in Nepal using a survivor-centered, trauma-informed approach; as well as providing legal aid to the families of survivors.
