Join the CERN Medical Service team and support the implementation of a renewed occupational medicine strategy at CERN !

Functions

As an occupational health nurse, you will:

Implement a renewed occupational medicine strategy, with a stronger emphasis on employees exposed to occupational risks and targeted preventive interventions.Participate to the definition of necessary occupational health objectives and orientation at CERN.Perform individual workplace assessments, mainly ergonomics and prevention of occupational hazards, in collaboration with HSE subject matter experts and CERN occupational doctor.Plan, carry out and promote occupational and public health actions and campaigns.Provide nursing care, advice and orientation to patients at the infirmary.Provide emergency first response to patients at the infirmary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma as nurse.

Experience:

Proven experience as a nurse in an hospital or health care context and involving the performance of technical nursing acts.Demonstrated experience as an occupational health nurse in an occupational medicine service.

Technical competencies:

Occupational medicine.Knowledge of ergonomics.Knowledge of public health.Nursing care.Advanced Life Support: & Emergency first response.
