The HR Assistant will report the HR Associate Director and will be part of FHI 360 Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process for the different Projects
  • Prepare different HR forms and arrange personnel files; make sure to maintain and update the personnel files monthly
  • Organize HR documents including time sheets and other forms
  • Work with various project personnel for the timely need of information regarding HR related issues
  • Assist in the review of monthly timesheets ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Support in designing, developing, and conducting Surveys of employees on a regular basis, participate in the employee communication strategy, and the data analysis, as well as the action planning that takes place based on the survey results.
  • Organizing and submission of health insurance related documents for national staff
  • Set up effective and efficient systems to organize and administrate all staff insurance folder and claims
  • Liaise with medical insurance provider to register new staff, leavers, claims and cancellation of policies
  • Process all Insurance company payments as required and provide information on all insurance & benefits plans to stakeholders as required
  • Protect operations by keeping claims information confidential
  • Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor\\'s or master's degree in human resources management
    • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
    • Previous experience with an international organization or NGO strongly preferred.
    • Advanced skill in working collaboratively and cooperatively with diverse groups.
    • Fluency in written and spoken French and/or Arabic and English
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
