Proposal Summary:
MSI is pursuing a five-year USAID-funded Healing & Accountability through Human Rights Project in Ukraine. The purpose of the new human rights and transitional justice activity is to advance victim-centered approaches to justice for war crimes and gross human rights violations committed during Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine while promoting human rights domestically to further reintegration in newly liberated areas as well as European integration.
Position Summary:
The Deputy Chief of Party-Operations (DCOP-Ops), under the overall direction of the Chief of Party (COP), will oversee and manage all operational functions, ensuring fully alignment with programmatic priorities and objectives. This will be a full-time position based in Kyiv, Ukraine. This position is contingent upon award.
