The LHC cryogenic system is a large and complex set of industrial processes that runs continuously all over the year. The operators in charge of operating and monitoring these processes must be perfectly trained on these unique systems to ensure a reliable and safe operation. Moreover, the operation team needs to be assisted by complex computing tools to identify malfunctioning equipment and not-optimized processes to prevent any potential failures or to anticipate critical maintenance activities.

You are a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State.By the application deadline, you have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in computing or applied physics (or a related field) and your highest educational qualification is either a Bachelor's or Master's degree.You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.Applicants without a university degree are not eligible.Applicants with a PhD are not eligible.Job closing date:14 April at 23h59 CEST
