About the Role

Help maintain program effectiveness, collect data, and report project status to evaluate outcomes and make data-driven improvements Co-organize info sessions for Challenge participants Co-organize Challenge’s screening and selection process Deliver minutes of each meeting Translate documents to English or Bahasa Indonesia Create a presentation/deck for potential partners Monitor, track, and report feedback from partners

Required Skills and Experience

· Excellent verbal and written both Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills

· Able to work on own initiative, proactively and independently under minimal supervision

· Required at least 1 year of prior experience in program/project management

· Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills

· Highly organized and detail-oriented

· Strong interest in climate crisis issue
