Handle queries from panel members and candidates and liaise with other relevant HR services as needed. Maintain relevant tools and databases (Applicant Tracking System, SharePoint, etc.), generate reports and ensure latest information is available at any time. Act as focal point to internal and external stakeholders and redirect them to the appropriate source of information, forms, etc. Participate to sourcing of candidates, improvement initiatives and contribute to the team’s tasks and projects. Carry out any other task in line with the main purpose of the job.

Required qualifications, experience & competencies

Post-secondary education in a relevant field (HR, Office Management, etc.). Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. Experience in providing administrative support. Experience or knowledge in Talent Acquisition activities would be an asset. Experience of MS Office. Experience or knowledge in content management systems would be an asset (i.e. SharePoint). The working languages of the Agency are English and French. For this particular job, candidates must be proficient users at level C1 in one of the two languages (English or French) and independent users at level B1 of the other. Knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage.
The levels relate to the European-framework-reference Common European Framework of References for languages (CEFR).

The selected candidate will be offered a contract of 5 Year(s) pursuant to the provisions of the Conditions of Employment of Contract Staff at EUROCONTROL. The contract may be renewed. Before being established in the post, he/she will be requested to provide certified copies of his/her degrees and successfully serve a probationary period of 9 months. The successful candidate shall be engaged in principle at the basic grade of the advertised grades. In case of reserve list: Suitable candidates, however not selected to fill the post, will be placed on a reserve list for similar functions. The period of validity of reserve list is 1 year from the closing date of applications.
