Terms of ReferenceGeneral Background:
The consultant will work closely with R4V regional inter-agency team and will liaise with national platform teams, particularly with Information Management colleagues. He/she shall have extended knowledge in database management and development of Web Applications.
The consultant will provide day-to-day operational support for a web application that is critical for validating activities submitted as part of the Refugee and Migrant Response Plan (RMRP). This application was used to validate over 16.6K activities in 17 countries last year, and this year it will be mandatory for all newly submitted activities.
We are looking for a consultant who can provide first-level support for a web application that is used to upload and validate activities as part of our operations RMRP 2024 plan. The consultant will be provided with administrative tools for the web application to ensure that they are able to provide end-users with the necessary support. The consultant will work closely with end-users to resolve issues, answer queries, and provide training to new users. They will also be responsible for granting user access and ensuring that all users have the appropriate permissions to use the tool. The consultant will be critical in ensuring that the web application is user-friendly, efficient, and effective in supporting our operations.
