The Refugee and Migrant Needs Analysis (RMNA) provides a comprehensive look at the needs assessed across the region by the National, Sub-Regional R4V Platforms and the Regional R4V Sectors while the Refugee and Migrant Response Plan (RMRP) reflects the coordinated response of the involved actors and represents a strategic and operational blueprint and a fund-raising support framework to aid the efforts of national authorities in the response to refugees and migrants.
